At Key Club’s core, the Georgia District Board is a team of dedicated individuals elected to serve the interests of Key Club chapters within the state. The board members embody the values of Key Club – leadership, inclusivity, and community service.
The Georgia District Board serves as a liaison between local Key Clubs and Key Club International. By representing the interests and concerns of Georgia clubs at the state level, the board ensures that the voices of its members are heard and valued in decision making. This involves sharing resources such as the Global Leadership Certificate, sharing best practices, and contributing to the collective membership growth and retention of Key Clubs across Georgia. Clubs also stay informed of state-wide matters through monthly newsletters that lieutenant governors send out to their divisions.
The Key Club Georgia District Board embodies the spirit of service and leadership that defines Key Club. By fostering collaboration, providing support, and leading by example, the Georgia District Board plays a vital role in shaping our district’s Key Club, and all members are open to applying at our annual Service and Leadership Conference (SLC)!
