Dues for the 2017-2018 Key Club year are past due!

You can still get back in good standing by paying the $14.00 per member dude which are paid directly to Key Club International.

If your club has not paid dues for the 2017-2018 OR 2017-2018 year, scroll down. 

Steps to Paying Dues for 2017-2018:

1. Login to the Membership Update Center (if you haven’t registered your email account, click “Register/Reset Password” at the bottom of the page).

2. Enter your club’s membership information for the 2017-2018 year (remove members that graduated or are no longer active and add in all new members).

3. Generate your invoice and either pay via check or credit card.

All checks should be made payable to “Key Club International” and mailed to:

The Early bird Dues Deadline was October 1, 2017. Clubs who reach this deadline will be recognized at District Convention and will receive a banner patch from Key Club International.

Standard Dues were due by November 1, 2017 (and were considered late after December 1).

Update faculty advisor: Only the Faculty Advisor(s) of active clubs on record at Kiwanis International for your Key Club may access the Membership Update Center. If the Faculty Advisor name or email needs to be updated, please contact Member Services at memberservices@kiwanis.org or 1-800-KIWANIS x411 before accessing the Membership Update Center.

Update Kiwanis advisor: The Kiwanis club secretary can update information about your Kiwanis advisor on the Secretary Dashboard in the Kiwanis online club management system.

Any clubs that have not paid dues in 2016-2017 OR 2017-2018 are suspended. 

Key Clubs on suspended status wanting to pay dues cannot use the Membership Update Center and should follow these steps:

  1. Create a roster (in excel or word). Round up information from each new member, including his or her first and last name, email address and expected year of graduation. Please include a note saying“delete all other members from current roster” to delete former members from roster or you club will be billed for these members as well.
  2. Calculate dues owed. Using dues information online, determine the total amount due for the entire club. OR
    Request an invoice. To obtain an invoice, email the roster information above to memberservices@kiwanis.org and an invoice will be calculated and emailed to you.
  3. Club Idenitity. Include club name and ID number on the check.
  4. Mail check and roster. Send to:
