KEY CLUB
DUES

In order to remain an active member in Key Club International, it is required that you pay dues to the organization each year.

Dues are vital to the success of any organization, providing membership resources, leadership opportunities, insurance coverage and more.

Dues for the 2022-2023 school year are $14 per member (paid directly to Key Club International). Key Club members must pay dues to hold a district board position, apply for awards and scholarships, and to attend district events.

2022-2023 Dues Deadlines

  • November 1, 2022: Early dues deadline

  • December 1, 2022: Normal dues deadline

  • February 1, 2023: Late dues deadline

If your club pays dues by the early dues deadline, then the club will be recognized at SLC with a patch for their chartering banner. IIf your club doesn’t pay dues by the late dues deadline, then the club will be suspended. If your club doesn’t pay dues by the end of the fiscal year/the beginning of the school year, then the club will be moved to inactive status. If the club hasn’t paid dues for more than two years, it will be considered charter-revoked and must charter again at the full cost.

Only the Faculty Advisor(s) of active clubs on record at Kiwanis International for your Key Club may access the Membership Update Center. If the Faculty Advisor's name or email needs to be updated, please contact Member Services at memberservices@kiwanis.org or 1-800-KIWANIS x411 before accessing the Membership Update Center. The Kiwanis club secretary can update information about your Kiwanis advisor on the Secretary Dashboard in the Kiwanis online club management system.
