Brad Malone became a member of the Kiwanis-family when he joined the Key Club at Loganville High School as a freshman. He eventually went on to serve as a Club Treasurer, District Secretary, Director of Special Activities and District Governor. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Brad began his professional career at Six Flags Over Georgia as Communications Manager. Brad now works for Georgia Tech Athletics as the Director of New Media. Brad is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Northside Atlanta.
Dr. Barron has been involved with the K-Family for over 45 years. He has served as a member of Key Club, Circle K and Kiwanis; a faculty advisor; and an assistant district administrator. He is also a recipient of the Key of Honor, the most prestigious award given by Key Club International. Through the actions of the K-Family and in particular the Key Club, service and caring have truly been Dr. Barron’s way of life for a long time.
When Helen joined the Gainesville Kiwanis club in 1995, her primary motivation was to work with Sponsored Youth Clubs. From 1996-2004, Helen served as an assistant administrator for the Georgia District Key Club. She has also served as Sponsored Youth Chair for her Kiwanis club for most of the years that she has been a member of Kiwanis. Helen rejoined the District Board as an assistant administrator in 2008 and is enjoying her involvement tremendously.
Cody served as a member of the Key Club of Rockmart High School from 2006-2010. He has held the position of Georgia District Webmaster (2008-09) and District Governor (2009-10). In 2010, Cody received the distinction of Key Club International Distinguished Governor for his service and performance as leader of the Georgia District. He has served as the District Administrative Assistant since March 2011. Cody is currently studying public relations and political science at the University of Georgia.
Kelsey first discovered the Kiwanis-family when she joined the Key Club at Loganville High School. Attending district convention her freshman year, she was inspired to serve as a Club Secretary, then as Lt. Governor of Division 7. After graduating from Young Harris College, the University of Georgia, and Indiana University, Kelsey pursued a career in speech-language pathology and has worked with both school-age children and the elderly, providing speech therapy across the age span.
Alexia was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. She joined Kiwanis in 1990 and is a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of North Macon. Alexia was hired as the Administrative Secretary of the Georgia District of Kiwanis in 1995. In 2007, she married District Kiwanis Advisor, Bill Lieber. Alexia now serves as the Executive Director of the Georgia District of Kiwanis International.
Mr. Lieber served as President of Kiwanis International in 1992-93, Governor of the Indiana District and Lt. Governor in the Georgia District. He became more involved with Key Club after moving to Georgia in 2007 and marrying Alexia Lieber, the Kiwanis District Executive Director. Mr. Lieber is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and formerly owned a bowlers’ supply and awards business in Indiana. Currently, Mr. Lieber is a member of the North Macon Kiwanis Club.
